Hi. I had to uninstall the GOG today. I've installed it again but it doesn't start up... This arrow of loading shows up for a sec and that's it :( Please help

Did you reinstall windows or something? Does it have a message?
Disable anti virus/firewall and try again, make sure to close galaxy completely before reattempting. Also, restart computer, quite a few times it's fixed via reboot.
