So when I click a preview video on an item and then click the back button while the video is playing, the audio continues on the new sceen. it also does this if you click on an item in your library on the Side panel, but DOES not do it when you click Store, Community, or Library in the top menu.

Can you fix that? Video should stop playing when you change screens.. Would be nice to have it consistent...

For about 3-4 second and then stops? That's more of a windows issue. I have it on my windows 10 laptop and I do not have Galaxy installed.

But yes, posting in the sticky labeled Galaxy Development would be the best place for this. That sticky is (sort of) monitored by staff.
