The fact is, this place has less features than most internet forums than the 2000s. But uh, the forums are a bit of a neglected bonsai project, we'll say.
That still means the reviews aren't great since you can't find & revise them, the game cards are cluttered and disorganized, there's no quick way to get news or information on a game, the changelogs on game cards are often outdated, the installers are bloated & slow; using a temperamental method of installation that assumes C:, the Linux support of GOG is practically non-existent by comparison, and if you dare try to upload anything that isn't an already compressed JPEG as your avatar; the fool who you are.
And that's just a few things I could idly think of off the top of my head.
