StrongSoldier: More than a month to resolve an incident. I have reported gog galaxy bugs that have not been resolved for months.
Hm, did you contact support or submitted a bug via GOG GALAXY/Matis? If it's the latter, please keep in mind that those reports are not always replied to. The GOG GALAXY developers usually reply when they need an additional information from you about the bug itself. If you think that the bug you experienced is happening only to you and needs to be addressed individually, please contact support instead :) Currently I see no other tickets in our inboxes other than some sent and resolved in 2019. I would also like to apologize for all the late responses, we are indeed quite overwhelmed recently :c
