After using game on GOG many times.... the program wont launch. no error message. No info on the help page. I uninstalled and reinstalled and same result. On Windows 10. Please help.

There isn’t really anything to go on there. Maybe a windows update? Anyways:

There are things on there such as ddraw. There is also an open source engine reimplementation which may be better.
Try running it without galaxy (ie close galaxy down fully, kill the process, then run from the install location). You may get more useful messages.
