differences are probably only due to rounding up/down to have those sexy x.x9 prices in local currency. We all know normal people would never buy something if the price tag doesn't end with a 9 :p

Taking the opportunity to change a rounding into full USD=EUR pricing too, eh?

Probably, and funny how that worked out for regDE and co in either currency. And yes, it's a ridiculous marketing thing, prevalent online and in the games industry, I think; tons of things in the physical world don't follow this model, and people still buy them.

Having said all that, my comment was more about their inconsistency regarding certain regions (GB and PL), between editions.

Rather fear that pricing for KKD was set assuming a base of 49.99 instead. Let's see how it plays out...
The OSK one is indeed odd, like they took the EU price as base for the RU and South American discounts and then just rounded down to some level in local currency instead of applying said typical discounts.
But the more notable bit is that this confirms the lack of the fair price package for WoS3 Deluxe. Can you check what the price is for what MaGOG lists as regPK? Since that's the actual base price in the GOG pricing matrix, not the US one, just that they should normally be equal. Had a couple of other cases in the past not solved for a long long time when a game had been initially entered in database with a higher price, then price got reduced before the actual launch, yet this (actual) base price was not reduced accordingly, so there was a lack of fair price packages.

I checked a few countries from regPK and they all had the US price (24,99$). don't really wanna go through all countries though :p
it still might be that the base price that is used to calculate the fair price package is a separate entry in the database (ie not the US price) and somebody screwed up when entering it.

That'd be the... nice explanation for it. But I pointed it out in the release thread 5 days ago and no blue even bothered to reply...

Poor Norwegians, forced to pay base price for this DLC all this time...
