I was about to say Borat, but then I realized it would make for a great point n click game. Most movies that would be hard to turn into a video game would probably make for good cinematic games and/or point n click.

These are two very different questions.

To the first question I'd say: you can turn any movie into a game - whether it will be a good game is another question entirely.

To the second question the answer is a clear "none...and all of them". Since you'll never know whether a game based on a certain movie will turn out to be good or bad, you can't just say "well, this movie should never ever be turned into a game!"

I was about to suggest 'They Shoot Horses, Don't They?* but then realized that it would translate nicely into a competitive dancing simulator.
