Okay, back to square one, Baldur's Gate 3 don't show you any error? A black screen or something?
Go to This PC, right click, properties and show us a picture of the specification, just the specifications remove the windows key.

Theres no error or anything thats why i believe its wndows god im so lost guys im not a pc newb... Guess i'll just format again i dont know

Let's try one last thing, you download the latest version of Windows? Or use an old iso you already have?

I shift+clicked restart computer then when it went back i selected the options until hard reset

EVERYONE I CRIED OF JOY I CAN NOW PLAY MY GAMES, so what happens is probably corrupted windows version...I formatted with a different boot and now everything is great! Ilu for wanting to help me etc cheers!
