The game is in third person perspective and you play as an agent infiltrate a facility in a snowy place. Later in the game, you discovered a laboratory under the facility roaming with mutants. The game ends with a boss fight in a submarine. I remember there's a section where you ride a snowmobile to your mission within a time limit.
If you know what game this is please tell me.

Sounds somewhat familiar but I can't put my finger on it.
It's definitely not NOLF2 since that game isn't in 3rd person.
It would also help if you could tell us when approximately did you play this game and if the agent was male or female?

Reminds me of a level in occupied Norway in Return to Castle Wolfenstein, where you roam through snowy terrain until you reach underground X-Labs and fight mutants. But Wolfy is FPS and no snowmobile ride. :p
