So i am using amazon prime gaming, and i get lots of gog keys for games, i had like oblivion, skyrim, evil within, dishonored etc. on my gog account, i reinstalled my windows and when i logged on my gog account with my email, the games were gone, i have different games on my account now, my theory is that i have 2 accounts on the same email or smth, but i don't know how to get my main account back, i tried to contact support but only the bot responded, i still have the key codes of the games, i wonder if i give them to the tech team, they can tell me what account activated them and to give me the details of it

GOG does not allow multiple accounts for a single email. If you have managed to create multiple accounts, this would have to be done using different (maybe misspelled?) email addresses.

Every time you redeem a gift code, GOG should send you an email - so as long as you have kept these (and this is strongly recommended - it is your only "proof of purchase") you can check them to see which email address they were sent to, and therefore which GOG account they are for (if you have created multiple ones).

Support, as widely discussed here, tends to be rather slow and the bot is next to useless. Sending an email to support (at) gog (dot) com allows you to bypass the bot, but the first auto-response you receive will be to tell you your request has been closed. You need to reply to this email to then get actual support.

For future reference, keep copies of the offline installers for the games you purchase (so you can reinstall games without having to download them again) and keep backups of these also. Data you have not backed up is data you don't want to keep.

It's not really "lots" of GOG keys.

Why should the content of your GOG account change, because you re-installed Windows?

Also: if you only use(d) one email addy - look up your GOG receipts: the receipts for your games show an Order-ID.

Use those IDs to contact support.
