I'm using an Rx6650xt graphics card, I tried everything but can't seem to fix it. Updated drivers, bios, directx, windows, and a lot of other stuff. Can't really enjoy the game when the overlay works like this. If you know a solution please help out

Is overlay really needed? Wanted for what? Loading down your pc a bit more because it is too fast for you?

Maybe you need to try reinstalling Galaxy.

already did dunno, talking with friends, seeing what achievement I got. It's not really a huge deal but it still bugs me
