I claimed Narita Boy today which is free but once I try to install it there is a spanning circle and the install button is greyed out. I've let it sit for over 10 minutes and reinstalling gog didn't fix my problem. Is gog down right now? Could someone please help me fix my issue.

You are posting on GoG's website, so no, they are not down...

This is probably about Galaxy, which most newcomers here call "GOG"... due to how they are used to do it in the "hot water vapor" territory :P.

I've never seen anyone refer to the Steam client as "Valve".

Who is this "Valve" guy you mention? :P I only know of hot water vapor, sir :P. It's on the site, it's in their client, it's everywhere, even in steampunk engines. Ahhhhh... how did it get there?

There was a slight (neigh, huge!) element of /s in my initial response. I guess you could say that I'm slightly irked by such generalised associations, and I know that I should refrain from responding, but...

You can log in using a web browser and get the offline installer from your library. You'll only miss out on cloud saves and game time tracking.

As for the spinning circle in GOG Galaxy,
• Games installed via offline installer can be added from the cogwheel - Add Games & Friends - Scan Folders for GOG Games. It's possible the installation part is the only thing that doesn't work for you.
Disable IPv6 and switch DNS to Cloudflare (directions near the bottom of the page, in the "Setup on PC" section). Restart GOG Galaxy afterwards. If there's no improvement, you can revert the changes.
• Make sure the GOG Galaxy executables have access through your firewall.
• If available, try testing through a different Internet connection, for example using your phone as a mobile hotspot.
• Lastly, yes, this might be a server-side issue. If so, these sometimes only affect certain accounts. So even if it works for others, it doesn't necessarily mean nothing's broken.

I haven't had any problems installing stuff until today. Nothing in my library will install everything has the spinning wheel. I just want to know how to fix the issue.
I was able to disable ipv6 and it works now. I'm not sure why I had to do that because I never had to in the past. I should not have to disable that just to be able to install games when Steam and Epic games download with no problems.

You are not alone. It seems they recently moved their servers and got some routing problems with several providers.
Many people also could not download using IPv4 (but that's resolved now), also they have the same problems internally. The server hosting the profiles seems to have problems to get the correct number of games, so the profile shows "0", even if your library shows all games.
