where we can see the live broadcast of E3 Event of Cyberpunk 2077?

Any initial announcements related to Cyberpunk 2077 (new short trailer, release date and such) will be likely during Microsoft's showcase on June, the 9th, via the official Microsoft Twitch channel.

Anything beyond that (possibly new CP2077 gameplay footage or the reveal of CDPR's other project) - no idea.
If it's like last year, there will be mainly articles and interviews and (new) gameplay footage - either for CP2077 or the mystery project - won't be shown until gamescom at the end of August.

Surely wouldn't have killed them to show CP2077 off at the PC Gaming show this time around.
Although it's understandable if anyone would rather give the PC Gaming show (brought to you by Tim Sweeney's Exclusivity Boutique) a really wide berth this year.
