"Citizen Kabuto" and "Sam & Max" are the only ones I can think of.
Eryi's Action (Spoilers for the demo version)

After many deaths, I managed to clear the first level, and the game (of course) took me to the world map, so I coud then enter the second level. At this point, an animation played which seemed pretty normal; something was coming out of the level. However, that something then reached the spot where Eryi (the main character of this game who you control), and then killed her.

In other worlds, I died *on the world map*. The *world map*, of all places to die.

Yes, this was a death, and the screen after the death, which shows the level you are on and the number of lives remaining (which can go negative), was titled "World Map".

I laughed for quite a while after dying in this way.

(If this sounds unfair to you, keep in mind that this sort of trap is the main point of the game; dying before the first level is not an unusual occurance, and I hear the steam version gives you an achievement for this.)
Hm,...
If I think about it...I can't remember if a game ever made me laugh (out loud).

Though...maybe Portal?

However, I remember a game that made me scream in surprise.

Colin McRae Rally...the first one.
It must have been in Australia, if I remember correctly.

I was driving a steep mountain up...and up...and up...I was totally concentrated on my driving...and out of a sudden - the peak was reached, and I jumped over the hilltop and immediately went downwards again on the other side...I had not anticipated that hilltop and the steep decline, so I screamed...now, come to think of it - that also made me laugh - afterwards. ;)

Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2

If you are playing as Deadpool, when you rescue some people, he tells them he'll only save them if they pay him for it.
No specific instances come to mind, but I'm pretty sure there have been some good larfs over physics: vehicles doing crazy stuff, bodies being blown sky-high from explosions, that sort of thing.

Oh, one specific thing: in one of the Vigilante 8 games on console, there's a bus with a fart-like exhaust weapon. Farts... haha!

HereForTheBeer: bodies being blown sky-high from explosions,
Oh, oh,...speaking of bodies blown sky-high...I remember one occasion:

In Skyrim I walked up to one of these giants. It was the first I ever encountered, and I had no clue how they would react to my approach.
I mean - could have been that they remain peaceful, as long as I don't try some shit, no?

So I walk towards this giant. He snorts. I stop, look at him...walk slowly on.
He snorts again. I stop, look and walk on.
Then he snorts and lifts his arms - just a little - nothing to worry about...
So I walk nearer...and then he "explodes". Makes one, two huge steps and knocks me with his bludgeon, that I sail several meters through the air until I hit the ground again.
I had to reload.
And I laughed. :D
I don't remember the details of any specific instance, but one thing that can cause laughter:

Fighting a boss in an RPG, only character left alive is a mage who's out of MP and has only 1 HP. No more healing items (or using them wouldn't be enough to save the battle). The mage makes a physcial attack, does a small amount of damage...

... and the boss dies.

Edit: A similar situation would be having an instant kill attack be used against a boss that is nearly immune to it, and having it work.

There are two that I can think of off the top of my head. The first is Skyrim. I saw someone standing by the road, and I attacked him thinking he was a bandit. Turned out he wasn't an outlaw, and I just murdered a man for no reason. The second is in Icewind Dale 2. In the town you start in, the man who manages lumber has a problem with the crane. You have to go to a dwarf to fix it, and the dwarf mocking asks if "the fat fool sat on it". I don't know why I laughed at these things. I guess I'm just a disturbed individual.
"Flight of the Amazon queen" is a very funny game, greatly amused me.
The German spoken by the Nazis at the end of "Indiana Jones and the fate of Atlantis" is also extremely funny if you actually know German.
Apart from that, many games have scenes I find funny. I didn't like Fallout 2 that much but there's a scene where a group of abolitionist rangers asks you what you think about slavery.
One possible answer is "Some of my best friends are slave traders".
Somehow that has stuck in my mind, lol.

Very few because I'm not easily amused or something (anymore). The one time that stands out is probably 2010-2012, I was playing Postal 2 and Postal Guy is counting off "And one for your mother," "And one for the pope" "And one for President Hillary", and that last one got a laugh out of me because it really caught me off guard. I think I also laughed at some of GTA San Andreas' radio commercials and Andy Dick's radio show.
Was watching someone speedrun Donkey Kong Country 4 (NES bootleg) on Twitch, and, all of the sudden, the game crashed unprovoked with a glitchy screen.

Also, was watching someone speedrun Ultima 7 (PC game that, IMO, isn't as good as some people say), they put on an invisibility ring (or it could have been a potion, I don't remember at the moment), and one step later, it wore off.
