For those who are familar with the Chicago series (Fire, PD and Med) how's the action? Too slow paced? Much drama and none humour?

For instance The Lone Gunmen,Men in Black movie(trilogy/quadrology it depends of how you qualify this),Men in Black The Animated Series(it would would be annoying for instance in case of LEOTCK when in front of him I keep saying TV mini-series he prefers when I'm saying TV Show instead),James Bond/Agent James Bond movies/films,The X-Files,The Matrix.
