So, I got Metro Redux 2033 as freebie from Epic Store. Now this DLC(title) is free on GOG. Does the game work with this dlc if original game is bought from another source?

Last Light isn't DLC, it's a standalone sequel.

Metro Last Light Redux is a sequel, not a DLC.

If it were DLC and you don't have 2033 here on GOG, then they wouldn't even let you take the "DLC" for free. Fortunately, full sequels are entirely independent from the original game.
