The price is good for either the 10 or the 23 set of games, however, you have to link your GOG account with Humble in order to claim the games. I believe you should address the request at Humble, not GOG. I expect it's their decision.

Yes, you may be right. On their last promo ("Humble Strate-GOG Bundle") they did send keys. I wonder, what does Humble gain by account linking?
