since two days, I try to buy game on GOG. Each time, I got back the message that there are technical issues. I tried with Paypal and Visa. What is the problem there?

Could you please make sure it is not one of the following cases:
> Buying a DLC of which you don't own the basegame of on GOG.COM
> Buying a game which you already own
> Trying to purchase a gift without meeting the requirements, you can read about it here
