Hello,

I had to make a new account to write here. My issue is that in my old Laptop my video card broke. So i bought a new computer. After I installed GoG-Galaxy I tried to enter my account to download my game. I wasn't able to enter my account because of the Two-Step security system. I'm waiting now for like 1 month for that e-mail. I try it every few days but i get nothing. Today I got 'kinda mad' to be honest so i wanted to turn off that Two-Step security system. But on my old Laptop the system thinks now that I'm still on new device. I really desperate now and I have no clue what to do. I searched a little bit and saw that others had same issues.

Would be nice if someone can give me a advice!

Did you check your spam folder?

Did you try the resend option already? :-P I just tried the system myself and it worked. :) Although I had to refresh my email before I saw it.

Are you absolutely sure you had the right email when you signed up? GOG doesn't actually require activation to sign up, so if you mess up your email you can end up just locking yourself out when you need to log back in.

Did it work before? (To verify the e-mailaddress is correct :-P)

In that case, your best bet would be to contact Support directly. I recommend including a few previous order numbers to show that you're the legitimate owner of the account.

Good luck. :)

Allright. I only have Witcher 3. I still have the box here with the code. I'll give it a try. Thanks!
Thanks to PoppyAppletree and Experiment513 for taking time. I just realized my problem. Outlook is sorting some e-mails out and splitting the inbox into 'relevant e-mails' and 'Others'. was kinda shocked when i saw how many two-step authentication there were. Sorry, my fault and thanks again for taking time!

Oh yes, that's a confusing feature of Outlook... I sometimes don't notice e-mail as well because of that.

Good to hear it's sorted out! :D And you're welcome! :)
