i already did and no reply yet. they dont work on weekends do they?

another thing is that this whole gog site is acting weird since last year.most of the times when i click on a link or on images, the pages dont load up.clicking on anything does nothing .clicking on certain links such as about or support does work for some reason.im also having trouble logging in most of the times.

No, they don't, sadly. :\

I have had multiple site issues this month....russian language/weird characters on prices when not logged in infinite looping rotating loading circles when trying to login, missing menu buttons on some browsers....the list goes on each day.

Weekends they are closed but one of the mods might jump in and help.Yes,the site is playing up a bit but logging in isn't a problem for me and sometimes the site is slow for some unknown reason.I'm not positive but your low rep could be hindering you.

GOG don't like IE, so they made it as hard as possible for us to use it. They have the attitude that 'You Will Use What We Tell You To Use Or Else!'
Ever since they downgraded the site last year, they made sure the site was broken for everything browser except the one they like. It's a mess now!

I use IE11 as well. But because the site is so broken, I don't come here much anymore, and I don't spend much here anymore.
I really don't get it. What do they gain from making sure the site is broken in IE? People looking at the site will just see big empty black boxes and links that don't work, and won't want to come back. They're just losing customers.

This....I had probloems with newer(yet not the main ones) browsers having bugs/missing features/buttons/glitches and support's reply was basically that they couldn't be arsed to repair their code/site to work better with it(why even HAVE support staff/IT staff if they cannot even do this?) & that I should get a supported browser instead.

Nuts to that....I stick with the 2 I currently use and if they work with GOG then fine, but if they don't and they lose a sale that's no skin off my back.

How is it GOG's fault when users are using outdated web browsers. GOG is trying to make their site as secure as it can. If they supported IE then it would probably add holes in their security. Why should they support an outdated web browser that MS is not even supporting anymore?
