I ask GOG to include a disk image in Quake II (original) as you did with Quake and each of its Expansions. Although I don't know if you will do it, since it seems to me that you only do it with MS-DOS games.

Yes, it does, it's not a traditional image, but you can open it with Daemon Tool.

I think it's a .OGG file, I open it with Daemon Tool, it contains the original soundtrack.

Vorbis Ogg files is just a sound file. Though i'm not sure if it internally has offsets for what to play or if it contains some type of track information and simulates that...

I mean it's possible they just renamed a bin file or something to ogg for the hell of it. UpLink did something similar where the largest file was a mp3 file that was never used.
