Okay, so... I bought Divinity Original Sin 2 on steam and downloaded the full game, then I saw it was on sale on GoG, so I refunded the steam purchase but kept the game installed. I purchased Divinity on Gog and downloaded Galaxy, but my question is how do I get the game on Galaxy from Steam? I don't want to have to install it again. Anyone know what to do?

You can try moving the game to your Galaxy library folder if you have designated one. Or you can scan the folder with Galaxy and try to import it. You'll probably have to download some of the files though.
Go to Divinity page. click on more button located right about install, select manage->import and wait ; p

You did a refund from Steam and they cancelled the game. Since Steam games usually have DRM in there, chances are it will no longer work.

edit: You can try the suggestions up there but I think you;re going to have to reinstall.

Steamworks will only affect the .exe file most likely. Importing the game through Galaxy should validate most of the files and only require a download of a few specific files.

Not necessarily, installed several games this way from my old discs. 'After importing, Galaxy downloaded only missing/different files.
