My request for a refund as GOG wallet funds (a couple of euros) was rejected by GOG on the terms that I do not comply with the Voluntary Refund Policy. I have bought these games in 2016, now they are offered free of costs and I have thought to spare some euros for further games from GOG and I asked for a refund since the option was available.

I think the refusal of the refund is an abuse from GOG and I have decided not to buy anymore from them, although I already own 409 games.

I wrote this post just to let others know how GOG handles matters when it comes to give money back, even if there are just a couple of euros.

All the best to you all GOG users.

Is this some kind of joke? You bought the games 5 years ago.
^This. 5 years is indeed not covered by Refund Policy
Refund window is clearly labeled as 30 days. Any and all abuse here is coming from you.

I don't normally partake in forum discussions but man, this is one of the funniest things I have ever read!

Oh no! You poor thing! How will you ever survive without recouping those few euros 5 years after you spent them?

By the way, did you send Gog all the fun you had with the games during these 5 years, just so they could make it like you had never bought them?
Common Sense would suggest that this is a genius sarcastic thread picturing and laughing on all "GOG DID THIS AND THAT TO ME THAT IS TOTALLY OUTRAGEOUS" facepalm threads and users.

Given the overall quantity of the GOG DID THIS AND THAT TO ME THAT IS TOTALLY OUTRAGEOUS" facepalm threads we have here in the forum in total though one might actually think OP actually is serious about his/her complaint -.-

Guess it will stay a mystery :D

As other users have already pointed out, 5 years is way past the 30-day period of our Voluntary Refund Policy and that is why Support declined your refund.

I will close this thread, as the reason why you didn't get a refund has already been explained.
