Update: Classic versions of Bioshock and Bioshock 2 are now available. If you already own Bioshock Remastered or Bioshock 2 Remastered, you can download classic versions directly from your GOG library.

Lucian_Galca: Can anyone that's played these more than a few hours tell me if these are crash and save erasing prone still? Especially Bioshock 2 Remastered as i've heard it was way more crash prone than BS1 Remastered.
Didn't crash once playing Bioshock 1. The second on the other hand crashes almost every fourty minutes. It's driving me insane.

Played 2 and a half chapters worth of Bioshock 2. Not a single crash or issue.

They have always been an overhyped, overrated, generic and bland FPS experience.

Bioshock has not done a single thing that older FPS-RPG already didnt. Stop bullshitting your customers and diminishing the achievments of actual good old games.

I didnt hate Bioshock as much as this guy did but he's kinda right. Even people who enjoy the series should be able to tell that these games objectively didnt bring anything new to the FPS table. They had some pretty underwater environments but this doesnt count as innovation or setting standards.

The gold standards of the story driven FPS with light RPG elements genre have been set waaaay before 2007. Saying otherwise is just false advertising and dishonest from GOG
