Heroes never die. Except when they do. Thankfully, you're there to take care of their corpse. You could give it a proper burial but since nobody's around, why not first relieve it of its valuables? Or how about cutting off some choice bits to trade them with the local butcher - it'd be a shame to let all this heroic protein go to waste.
