Now on GOG!
Thank you for releasing Iron Meat on GOG. Please also release its soundtrack, preferably with the "Iron Meat + Soundtrack" bundle.

Odd timeing for this release but looks good.
GREAT! :-D
Very good job on the trailer !
...Um, did these guys rip off Incision?
Once again a Unity engine game and of course no EULA or warning for Unity analytics telemetry!

Here: steamdb.info Depot 1323261

Iron Meat_Data/Managed/Unity.Services.Analytics.dll
Iron Meat_Data/Managed/Unity.Services.Core.Analytics.dll
Iron Meat_Data/Managed/Unity.Services.Core.Telemetry.dll
Iron Meat_Data/Managed/UnityEngine.UnityAnalyticsModule.dll
...

This is for the demo and the info was hard to find (This info should be displayed on the store page BTW). There is no disclaimer anywhere about Unity engine or Unity analytics (or was it removed?)! The scumbags who developed this clearly don't give a damn about privacy laws, which is a shame since it looks like a good 2D shooter.

I'm getting really sick of searching the web for basic information about the game engine and if that engine uses telemetry (we used to have a GoGmix for this). GoG really needs implement a no spyware policy!

For some reason I'm reminded on the Contra games, but it was so long ago, maybe I'm remembering it wrong lol. Wishlisted for now.
.
Nvm, I already had it wishlisted haha.

This game looks like a nice little platformer type, so I guess I have np choice but to put it on my short list :)

People should just assume that every unity game will have telemetry...saves time.
Also re: privacy: afaik one should be able to just block the game in their firewall/router.
(my gripe with many such games is they don't use the more optimized premium version of unity)

Have you played the demo? It IS Contra. 2D run and gun, same controls, same-ish visuals, just more gore :D

I've been waiting for the release of this for over a month. I'm so happy the day has come :)

I haven't played the demo, in fact I rarely play any demos. Kind of have too many non-demo games in backlog haha.

I did enjoy the Contra games at the arcade way back in either the 80s or 90s, whenever they were out (can't recall). Glad to see you excited about the game, that's what games are all about. :)

For now I'm just gonna keep an eye on it, I'm resisting buying any games unless I absolutely must have it (which for now would be RPGs or 4x if I lose that battle heh). With the Prime GOG codes, I've kinda filled up this month's game buying urges. =P

My backlog is pretty huge too but this game is honestly one I was REALLY waiting for so tonight I will get it :)
Otherwise I I couldn't spot any other game I'd like to have right now on GoG. Time for some interesting new releases :D
