Venom: Which game are you trying to install? And what operating system are you using?

Rosco120: Sherlock Holmes The Awakening in Windows 10... still no luck today

I've just checked it and was able to install https://www.gog.com/game/sherlock_holmes_the_awakened_remastered with no problem on Windows 10. Are you running the latest version of Galaxy (1.1.9)?
