So Namco Bandai is registered on GOG, and I just discovered that Geralt of Rivia is a playable character in SC6.

Anyone think this crossover could lead to a release?

I think it would be a critical mistake on Bamco's part to NOT bring this game to GOG.

Geralt is cdproject's ip not GOGs, therefore that isn't an indicator for release here. Even if there is talks there would be a long time between drm release and drm free release (if even such a thing is possible). It seems like the perfect conduit for ingame purchases and always online.

I'm aware Geralt is CDPR, but he's also kinda the unofficial poster boy for DRM free, and I think it'd be an extremely good PR move on Bamco's part to bring the game here.
Didn't Namco Bandai publish one of the Witcher games at some point?

I imagine it's part of that deal, I wouldn't think it will come here, but who knows.

They had the publishing rights to Witcher 2. They sued CDProjekt Red over removing the DRM from that game without permission and won another lawsuit over European distribution rights. They seem to be on good terms still after all that - but I don't think Soul Caliber will come here given how DRM-happy they've been.
On launch day? None, whatsoever:

What is your point? Cdproject owns gog not the other way round. Just because cdproject do something does not mean all their other areas do the same thing. If the license between cdproject and namco is only for a drm'd. Version on steam, then that is nothing whatsoever to do with gog and it will not come here.
