misteryo: I know I know - a question about Steam here on GOG, but I bet somebody knows.

As far as I can tell, no person gifted it to me. It just showed up as a new item in my inventory. It is a Steam gift and not tradeable for 30 days.

I know that booster card packs can appear like this, but can games, too?

Or am I missing the place where I get notified of a person giving me the gift?
