That would depend on weather or not Activision still owns the rights to ST Armada, whomever may own the Star Trek gaming IP now, Activison dumped the IP back to Paramount and then sued paramount shortly after Star Trek Nemesis hit theaters...

I can give you a link to "get" Armada 1.
A long time ago, a friend would tell me stories about how varied and complex the missions in Star Trek Armada were. I don't know if he was just a really good storyteller, or if the games were actually that good, but considering he also talked about Baldur's Gate, Spellforce, and Gothic, I would really love to try the Armada series for myself.

The missions are not THAT great, at least not in the first one (I haven't played the second one yet). But it is a good game nonetheless.
Probably one of the Star Trek games in legal limbo.
