What's the point of the latest newsletter discount? Most of the games have the same discount with or without the newsletter code. Is it some new anti-consumer scheme?

I think you expect that the customer will not check the discounts for all the titles and buy every game associated to the newsletter discount. Interestingly the list starts with the games having additional discount with the code and the games with no additional discount are listed last.
