Depends...if you go by the non-sale prices, the bundle is cheaper. But given that both are on sale right now and for some reason the bundle is not, yeah, it currently doesn't make much sense to buy the bundle.

I think Front Mission 2 might deserve its own newspost, because people might miss out on it otherwise since it's wrapped up in a sale's newpost.

Looks like Front Mission 1 is finally at the right price for me. Now to wait for 2 to get to that point as well. ;) Still better than not being mentioned at all which has been happening more frequently with some other games lately. =/

Early Access or In Development status can be highly misleading. Both ways. I've seen games that have "permanent beta" status for years, and yet they are perfectly fine and playable. On the other hand, there are (way too) many games that are supposed to be a finished product, while they are clearly not. Not even out of alpha state sometimes; and then either abandoned or constantly updated every fortnight.

From the launch date announcement it doesn't sound like it. ... But, yeah, discounting their game continuously and heavily before even going 1.0 seems a tad odd. *shrug* The game has been receiving frequent and steady updates though, so I'm not worried it'll end up being a dud.

Yeah... this has happened before with the RetroClassix farewell sale. It's just the usual sloppiness. It will be fixed eventually.
