I do agree that disappearing games is an issue not fixed for now :P (and may be Fallout especially)

Had my first (well, first time noticed anyway) instance of Fallout 1 disappearing this evening. Saw it mentioned here and sure enough, when I checked my account, my total number of games had dropped from 202 to 201, and there was a gap where Fallout 1 used to be.

Anyway, I bought X-Wing Special Edition in the Doublesomnia sale and then when I checked my account it then showed 204 games. The 202 (as Fallout 1 was back) and the 2 games for X-Wing (as the DOS and Win95 versions are displayed separately with two boxes on the shelf).
