Hello, everyone!

For some time now I've been noticing that games are appearing in my library under the category of ‘’unknown‘’ (...)

(...) I would like someone from GOG to respond to this query (...)

Thank you in advance for your answers.

A hug.

Note: Attached are screenshots of the two games that have been labelled as ‘’unknown‘’.

Another issue, I have games that I have purchased and they are not linked to the page that corresponds to the game. Why is this happening? I would appreciate a prompt response. Thank you.

Edit.- [Solved]

This is a GOG Galaxy problem. Common causes include various goodie packs that are treated as games although they aren't, and owning something in a third-party store that GOG's database doesn't know about.
