No Man’s Sky 4.0 has landed with new additional features!

We prepared 50% discount during the first week to celebrate new changes.

Hello Games gives you access to living ships that allows you to hatch them from eggs, grow from babies into adults and then fly them around. If it’s not exciting enough, how about riding sandworms on the deserted planets almost like in the Dune franchise?

Additionally, the vast Universe has been populated by space whales… And it’s just a beginning of the infinite travel through the mysteries of the World! Look here: No Man's Sky.

Nice!, another huge update, and I have still yet to play the game...
Is weather synced in multiplayer yet? That's one of the main reasons we stopped playing. One person could be outside in clear weather, while the other player had to hide inside because their session was in a dangerous storm.
This 50% discount is just for gog build though right? Not the re-re-re-re-re-release that is now on the nintendo switch? That still looks like $60 when i checked today
LET'S GOOOO!!!
Déjà news.

the game is 50% off practically all the time somewhere. the only reason they haven't made $30 the actual full price is because then they can't bait idiots with the 50% discount, which looks good for those first hearing about the game now (even if, say, -15% off 30 bucks would be a new low, it just doesn't look as good).

to be fair, with all the extra stuff since release (some of which was promised before launch, so there's that) it's probably worth 30 bucks now. except nobody should be paying that much for a 6-year-old title (except nintendo people, apparently, but they're used to paying premium for the same thing anyway).

Haha, I have to print this sentence, than frame it and put it on the wall. After that I have to show my buddy how stupid he is. Pardon the phrase.
I'm still wondering if they fixed the planets discoveries not syncing (which is a long-therm objective a lot of people has). Like imagine exploring the game in relaxed mode and "discovering" new planets and species just to know later that neither was uploaded to the server so your work has no sense besides just killing time.
I have to say I really like the new change they did to the survival mode, where any damage inflicted on you has a high chance of breaking your technology. It really makes you reconsider every action that you're about to do, and thus forcing you to take the word "survival" really seriously this time.

£20.04 is not 50% off £39.99

O___o
Just in time, wonderful.
I am amazed they keep improving on the game.

It's like this delightful friend I stop over to visit with every 3-6months, then kind of lose track of time with for hours...

Really, the experience is unrecognizable from launch, and it's one of those deals now where you kinda decide what you want out of a space game and then go make it happen.

For me? I just like exploring all the random places and building up a capital ship base.

The undersea stuff can be really neat too.

Really just an awesome game at this point.
does it also include switchable newton physics without levitating islands and crap like that? :)

Sounds like this "game" concept I heard about. I know, weird, considering we are on gaming store...

Over years, I already killed 450h of my time on this, and I still return for a few more with each update or expedition. Just to look what they improved this time. And I don't consider it lost.
