Since my last answer, I watched/I'm watching:
* His Dark Materials - decent adaptation of the books, waiting for the third season. Isn't perfect, but much better than that Golden Compass movie.
* The Mandalorian - only the first season for now, the second one is in my watchlist
* Halo - just started watching
Some series I'm interested but are still being produced:
* The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power
* Willow
* Magic: The Gathering
* Horizon Zero Dawn
In my watchlist:
Foundation - for those who watcher, how's the adaptation? The books are a bit slow paced sometimes
The Witcher - how's the violence and sex levels compared with the books?
jonwil: No mention of Sea Quest DSV? (from memory it was a bit like Star Trek except underwater in a submarine but its been so long since I saw it that I may be miss-remembering. It was definitely a good sci-fi show though)
I like Seaquest DSV, but only watched the first season because was the only one which was exhibited in my country(and the only one released in DVD too).
Timboli: Seeing as this thread has already been necroed, I might as well add my two cents for those who might be interested.
I watched The Wheel Of Time TV series recently, and really enjoyed it, so much so that I am watching it again with wife and daughter. I am hanging out for Series 2. It will be interesting to see how the new actor for MAT CAUTHON compares ... I really liked the original actor.
You need Amazon Prime Video to watch it. Luckily my oldest son lets me use one of his licenses for Prime.
The series is in my watchlist, but the story is easy to follow? The books can be complicated sometimes and my parents aren't much patient with this type of story.
