Hey i have been playing GTA San Andreas recently but to my dismay, none of the games of this series are here on GOG. This saddens me greatly.

So, an open world game with RPG elements (but definitely not an RPG) with mafiozos, driving, drugs etc. with a "gangsta, busta, homie, cats, fools" atmosphere

Any games like that here?

Probably the Saints Row Games.....I Wish we could get from Rockstar GTA San Andreas, Vice City and Bully....But they love their drm.

Blade Runner
both have guns
Mafia III.
In many aspects, it's more GTA than Mafia
Or Total Overdose
Mexican style GTA-like with acrobatics, bullet time and an awesome soundtrack.
Apart from the already mentioned Saints Row and Mafia games you could also count The Saboteur to some extent.
Retro City Ramage DX is similar to GTA 1 and GTA 2
Not quiet gangsters theme but, what you think of The Saboteur???
From what I remember of GUN, it isn't great, but it was definitely going for the same "GTA in the WIld West" vibe that the Red Dead Redemption games seem to have successfully nailed years later. Being published by Activision, however, means the game today is rather overpriced, considering its age and (I think) mediocrity.

I should note that many, if not most, of the GTA "clones" I've played or heard much about (including a lot of the GTAs themselves) either have almost no "RPG elements" (The Saboteur being a good example; EDIT: probably GUN, too, though I don't remember), or implement them rather differently from San Andreas'.

Urgh, I lost the recent sale. Seems like a huge forgotten gem game. Anxious to play it! :)
Grimoire: Harolds of the Winged Exemplar is the most gangsta game on gog. It also has a higher user score than Cyberpunk 2077, meaning it's the best game ever made.
