I'm playing the witcher 3 and I picked "full screen" and it just disappeared and I can't get it to come back up again, how do I fix this

Check in your Documents for The Witcher 3 folder, there should be a config file called user.settings as far as I can remember. Move it somewhere else or delete, you won'tt lose your game progress that way.
