I have a production chain for Food. I deliver it to my station in a town. I don't see the cargo accumulate in the station. Where does it go from there? Is my work done when it gets to the final station? Do I get paid for the Food going to a commercial building? Where does it go?

In what state is your town located?
Perhaps someone's stealing your cargo. Have you tried calling the police?
The money depends on your contract I believe.. Hard to say.
Actually is quite hard to answer to any of your questions..
I think you should pay more attention on what you're signing.

..and where you're posting ; p

Click on Data Layer at bottom right, then Land Use. It's all the blue buildings aka commercial, make sure you have cargo vehicles going to those. And next time, don't forget to check which forum you're in before posting. ;)

I will check Land Use, thanks.
As far as I can tell, I am in Transport Fever General Discussions. Is this the wrong forum for my question?

You're in the big General Forum.

Edit: the below applies if you're using the website to access the forum. For Galaxy users, I guess something else happens.

gOg don't really point this out, but nearly every game or series has a subforum where you can find targeted info about the game in question. To find them, click the Community tab up top. On the left-hand side of the screen, down just a bit, you'll find a heading for "Game specific forums". Just to the right of that is a search box. Type in there and you can find specific subfora. Once you found the ones you plan to go to periodically, be sure to check the little checkbox on the right; that will make sure that subforum will show up in your forum list on the left.

Subfora are not automatically added to your list when you purchase a game, so if you want them to show up in that list then you'll need to add them manually. And don't forget to check that little box if you want easy, periodic access.

The problem is that the links from Galaxy to specific game forums are broken. You go to a game page and click "visit forum" it takes you to the general forum because of course it fucking does.

Ah, well, yeah. Sorry. I don't use Galaxy and tend to forget that it behaves differently. I'll edit the earlier post. Thanks for the reminder.

Well, this is just the General Discussion. That's it. I know Galaxy links you here, but there are also Game specific forums for most games on GOG and it's better to ask such questions there first. Nothing's stopping you from asking them here but if you do, be specific, state the game you're asking about, etc...

You take the food to the wizard and he enchants it. If you're wondering where the wizard is, check this topic:

Hmm, maybe not for every game. I just tested it with Rime and it took me to the correct forum. Because of course why have a reliable bug when you can have an intermittent bug. :P

If it's reliable, it's not a bug; it's a feature!

An undocumented feature.

Nothing to do with Galaxy. If you go to your library via browser, click on a title, then select "Forum" from the "More" dropdown, it's a crap shoot whether the link will send you to the appropriate game/series subforum, or to (English) General Discussion. I created a thread about this issue something like a year and a half ago to try to both crowdsource a list of all the titles which linked to General, and to hand that info off to GOG staff; mission A was accomplished -- thanks mostly to the automated searches users like WinterSnowfall were already doing -- but, after JudasIscariot said he'd pass on the info, nothing happened.

Good job on figuring out the game (that's not WItcher 3 nor GWENT) from the description!

Baffling that someone would use Galaxy to use the forums at all. Browser is so much more convenient...

Just as a fyi....

Look at the front page of the forums:

https://www.gog.com/forum

Along the left hand side is the individual game subforums.

Hope this helps
