Just noticed something odd happening to my GOG account. In the past few day I've noticed that two titles have randomly been added to my wishlist. I think the first was balders gate 2 and the other one was skyrim. The thing is I didn't add those. I don't really enjoy the fantasy genre in general and I have never bothered to look up those games.

I have no idea how this could have happened. No one else has access to me account so I don't think that's the issue. Although, for the same of paranoia, I am going to go ahead and change my passwords. Will also make sure to clear any saved site data in my browser and see if it happens again.

All that said though, has anyone else see this happen before? It is a bit unnerving.
Hasn't happened to me, checked just my list.

Maybe better also contact support about this. Might be just your missclick or something odd happening, they should certainly have atleast database logs.

Maybe someone DOES have access, could happen due to an internal error of course.

Someone said he did that when for some reason he got access to another persons account.
He would then put stuff on the wishlist to make the person aware that something was off.

Changing the password would reset the authentification for the other person.

Did you browse the site on mobile recently? When I scroll the screen down, the site has a tendency of adding a game to the cart/wishlist (especially if the game in question has a large banner on the main page).

Hmm, you know i might have. It's not something I do that often, but I did the other day, so maybe that is it. Still, seems a little odd to happen twice in as many days. But I will keep that in mind.

You'rr not alone here; This is happening to me as well. Little annoying since it keeps happening and I have to remove them every time, no idea what could be causing it.

GOG have a lot of scripts running in the background when a page is loading. Some are even still running after the page looks like it has finished loading. So misclicks are not rare, they can happen. You can think you are clicking on one thing visually, but in actual fact end up clicking on something else, that might be obvious or might not.
