End of week #3 and I am now 13.4% towards the target. The winner will be selected from the posts up to and including #135.

Again, no changes planned for next week as everything seems to be going fine so far. However, as I am on holiday from work for 2 days and then away from home at the weekend, it will be breaking the pattern from the previous 3 weeks. We'll see if that is good or bad!

Good work! Your progress was a bit higher this week, so you can have an extra cheat meal for Easter:)
Xyem, I'm glad you're progressing towards your desired goal. Keep going and doing the good job. :)
It's good to see you constantly making progress. This is a hard thing to do. Great work.

I am truly impressed by your progress, Xyem. Do keep it up, mate!

joppo: Indeed, seeing as you are from the UK (or at least appears to be, according to your settings), measuring in pounds would just indicate how much money you lost. :)
Isn't the pound the most common unit of mass employed in the UK?

Keep up the good work! I know it can be hard to eat healthy when you're away from home, so I try to bring along some healthy snacks wherever I'm going.

Fairfox: ^^^ dont they use european uuuh kg? liek cars in km/h, etc? either wai, dude, i cant do it at. ALL
A person's weight is measured in stones in England. I cannot say about elsewhere in the UK or Ireland. Everyone else uses kg.

Fairfox: you are bein' verrr precise with your percentages %%%
this is gud! buuut be careful not to get uuuh overly focussed on 'em
I'm not actually focused on them at all. As I've said, as long as I am losing weight, I'm not overly fussy about how fast.

Healthy perspective, :).
Congrats, Xyem! Keep it up :)
Btw, do you have a workout playlist?

hummer010: You've inspired me. You've had such great success with simple changes, so I'm following your lead. I typically have a Coke after lunch on workdays - as of today, I've now gone six workdays straight Coke-free.

The only catch - I didn't weight myself beforehand, and I still haven't weighed myself. On top of that, spring is always a tough season for me. Hockey season is over, so I've lost the exersize of two ice sessions a week, but it isn't warm or snow-free enough that I'm back outside doing all of the summer chores that I have.
While I've still not had a Coke, I replaced that with a metric crap-ton of beer over the Easter weekend.

That would require working out :)

If I did, I'd probably start with the Unreal Tournament OST..
