This is a really paint in the ass problem. I did the Sound Mixer thing to get the sound working. Before that there was no sound.

Now sound is normal but when using guns it is all stuttering like hell. I can't play the darn game in a shape like this. Good job 2K not fixing this after all these years and selling a broken game.

Do you know a solution to sound problem?

I had this issue when the game released, to fix it I went into the advanced properties for playback devices on my PC and changed from the default highest 24 bit setting to the CD Quality 16 Bit setting.
