I've never seen such dead eyes before.

The Dead Eyes.

Stephen King was right.
This is what happens when the brand becomes more important than the game.

Also, why would I want a social networking for Modern Warfare? The majority of online players for it are complete and utter dicks. The last thing I want is them to have yet another way to call me a camping faggot and tell me to suck their balls.

lukipela: If you look at the screenshot, it looks like it is just a new search interface for servers with a comment section like facebook,

Basically, it is the same thing as steam groups.
I stand by my comment based on messages I've gotten on PSN and Xbox Live :P Now it just means they can have a nice profile to view while they say it.
Why they haven't just put a Call of Duty subscription game on battle.net is beyond me. Update it with a new map every month, cap the players at 64, dedicated servers for everyone and other updates, plus consistent patch support. $10-15 a month on battle.net, let it run on old hardware like WoW... people would FLOCK to it. It would make BILLIONS.

I should run Activision.
So, 60 bucks for the purchase then around 8 bucks monthly to get features, and likely 15 bucks every couple of months to get rehashed map packs.

That without having to maintain dedicated servers or anything like that. Goddamn

Yeah, I'll just stay with TF2 and Killing Floor. Maybe even try that Battlefield thing.
I figure it should be free on the 360 if you pay for Live. But that's just me, being unrealistic.
Let them milk COD til it's dead.

It died a long time ago. It's straight up necrophilia now.

I understand that, but the way they milk COD is insane.

Because Blizzard is strong enough to say "fuck you, we don't want your shit here" to Activision?

I sincerely doubt it. Blizzard make mainstream games too, and Call of Duty is only "shit" to people who like to rage on forums about popular mainstream stuff.
