Ok, I have been searching around online and cannot find this game. All I have to go off of is a memory. I was in Best Buy between 2000 and 2007....I remember a game...not sure if it was a RTS or not but I recall the cover was a city and there was a man in a suit but he had a gas mask like mask on. I really want to find out what this game was. It was not fallout or anything cuz i know for a fact he was wearing a business suit, a gas mask type googgles thing but you could see his hair
