Actually you are right the game is not that bad... but still a lot of year of development...
Agreed, it doesn't live up to the expectations for a game that had a 14-year development cycle. But if you can look past that, it's a fairly decent game, especially after the patch that allows you to modify the FOV and use up to 4 guns instead of 2.
