tinyE: I'd feel kind of guilty logging on and heading right to a sub forum for gifting. I love to give and to recieve but making it it's own forum would make it feel like it was the only reason to come here, and for a few folks it would be; they'd show up head to the gift section and plant themselves there.
Nirth: Well then the problem doesn't lie there but more of a not-found-way to stop scammers and people only trying to get free games. That's also a better problem to have than the current flood of different types of threads, at least that's my opinion.
There was one IT guy here that said he was working on something a few months ago but I'm not sure if anything happened.
Well, we do have the join date and user rep show in the PM system; that was our immediate response to scammers and it seems to have killed the worst of it.
