99% chance that Call of Cthulhu: The Wasted Land will be in it, because I just bought it half an hour ago.

It's a good game, but me buying something pretty much guarantees an immediate price drop/bundle deal.

If it has the début of Waking Mars on pc, then it will probably be the fist Humble Android bundle I get, to bad they never have any iOS bundles.

Waking Mars looks pretty good from a quick search on Youtube.

I would guess there will be a repeat game from a previous humble indie bundle that has an android port too.

Other people seem to manage to give away iOS software, so why not HB? I was more thinking it was due to DRM, it is impossible to be DRM free on iOS.

The only way to gift an iOS app is to buy it and then send gift codes. With Android it's different as they can bypass Google Play/Android Market completely and just provide apk files.

Actually promo codes are restricted to 50 by an App Store policy, not the OS.

(ok I was ninjaed several times already, whatever...) I'd guess that has everything to do with Apple locking the devices down so that people can't install iOS apps from outside Apple's store. Unless they jailbreak the device. I see no other reason why they wouldn't want to sell the games also to iOS.

The HiB Android games are downloaded or transferred to the device irrespective of the GooglePlay store, and they don't need any activation either with any certain account. So they obviously are fully DRM-free, which is why I prefer getting my Android games from HiB instead of GooglePlay (whose DRM is still a bit of mystery to me).

However, it appears to me that at least some of the HiB Android games are recognized as "installed" by GooglePlay, when you browse the same games from GooglePlay catalog. I don't know if that means you'll receive updates through GooglePlay for them, even though you didn't buy them through there.

Wasted Land seems to end up in every Android bundle going.
You do get updates with some games. However, given that the Google Play versions of some of the games are DRM'd, I've never quite understood how it doesn't falsely detect a pirated copy.

It does, but recently it seems to require a Humble account, and to have the bundles tied to said account. I preferred the earlier system where you got a key to register the bundle on a device rather than an account.

It's a good idea to install the Humble Bundle android app. It makes installing the games a bit easier and recognizes old versions, if there are any updates, regardless of Google Play.
