mrkgnao: The reason there is a Dragonsphere update flag in general is because GOG has added a new FLAC soundtrack to the game's bonuses (thank you, GOG).

The reason the update appears again and again every day for the last 3-4 days is (as explained by madth3 here) because GOG is "updating the soundtrack one track at a time".
You should thank MaxN as well since he donated the FLAC OST to us :)
