Snatcher. Not an RPG, nor isometric, but thoroughly cyberpunk. The System Shock series would also be a good bet.

Restricted Area is more of an Hack'n'Slash, but you might want to try it anyway. Demo should be easily found online.

Harbinger is also on GamersGate. Also isometric, Diablo-ish and features electronic stuff to stick inside your character.
