I was just wondering if anybody has experienced where a game randomly disappears from your account. I added Empire Earth to my account when it was free within the past couple months, but it doesn't show up on my shelf anymore. I know it used to be there because I remember seeing it and was on the verge of downloading it once, but it is gone.

has anybody else had a similar problem?

I do remember reading that others experienced this. Try contacting support about it.

Something like this would have to be handled by contacting support. I don't know anyone that has experienced this and I doubt anyone in the community can help or even empathize with you

Good idea. I contacted support about this and I just saw they already resolved the issue and the game is back in my account. Thanks.
